Just to give you both a quick update ahead of Tuesday’s Pilates 5.30 class. I went in for my c section Friday morning it was a crazy busy day in there. So didn’t get to theatre until 4.30. Baby Ellen was born at 5.15pm  she is gorgeous. We got home from hospital yesterday on the early transfer home scheme, delighted to be back to my own bed. Public post natal ward staff in holles St were amazing they couldn’t do enough for you. The gentle birth hypnosis worked well at keeping me calm in operation theatre and in recovery. Breastfeeding is going well and she is the boss at home already. Thanks Rachel for everything over the last 5 months see you at baby yoga in a few months.  Good luck to you and all the other girls

Since find out about MyWellbeing classes I’ve been feeling great! It’s not just a Pilates class, it’s time for us to enjoy and relax while we exercise.

Rachel is great with information and really pushes you in every class even when your over 30 weeks pregnant.

I really enjoy the classes with Rachel. It’s great to meet other ladies and their bumps, listen to their stories and get some exercises, that are so important, especially at the late stage of pregnancy.

Rachel’s classes are both fun and a great workout. They have given me confidence and strength in my pregnancy and her unwavering support and knowledge have been invaluable in preparing me for labour and birth. Class is the highlight of my week!
