Which Class is Right For Me

If you are having trouble deciding which course you would like to sign up to we’ve got a short summary included here. All of our classes will help your body prepare for baby. All will include relaxation time on the mat for you and your growing bump.

  • Yoga works on flexibility and overall strength.
  • Pilates focus on strength, particularly the hips and bum.
  • Yogalates is a combo of Pilates and Yoga and takes the best of both.
