Since find out about MyWellbeing classes I’ve been feeling great! It’s not just a Pilates class, it’s time for us to enjoy and relax while we exercise.

Rachel is great with information and really pushes you in every class even when your over 30 weeks pregnant.

I really enjoy the classes with Rachel. It’s great to meet other ladies and their bumps, listen to their stories and get some exercises, that are so important, especially at the late stage of pregnancy.

Rachel’s classes are both fun and a great workout. They have given me confidence and strength in my pregnancy and her unwavering support and knowledge have been invaluable in preparing me for labour and birth. Class is the highlight of my week!
