Since find out about MyWellbeing classes I’ve been feeling great! I really love the time Rachel spends with us at the beginning of each class just to chat a little and share. It’s not just a Pilates class, it’s time for us to enjoy and relax while we exercise.
Having never done yoga or Pilates before. I really love the Yogalates and really love every Thursday to go. The facilities are perfect and everyone is so friendly. Rachel is great with information and really pushes you in every class even when your over 30 weeks pregnant. I will be keeping this up and am looking forward to attending other classes too.
Classes have been brilliant. Can’t recommend Rachel highly enough as a instructor. Even in late pregnancy I feel reasonably fit and I think the classes will stand to me when I get back to running.
Doing the classes is one of the best ways of preparing for labour and helping your body get back in shape afterwards! I’m on my second pregnancy and I wouldn’t miss these classes for anything! I Would recommend Rachel’s classes to all mums and mums to be.
Fantastic class with a great instructor. The chance to meet & chat with other future-mammies at various stages of their pregnancies is also invaluable & a great source of information.
I really enjoy the classes with Rachel. It’s great to meet other ladies and their bumps, listen to their stories and get some exercises, that are so important, especially at the late stage of pregnancy.
Rachel’s classes are both fun and a great workout. They have given me confidence and strength in my pregnancy and her unwavering support and knowledge have been invaluable in preparing me for labour and birth. Class is the highlight of my week!
